JUST FRANCE Sales is an offshoot
of JUST FRANCE (www.justfrance.com),
founded in 1991 by Cecil Jones, a Philadelphia attorney and businessman. Cecil first
visited France in as a college student and has been a dedicated Francophile ever
since.
JUST FRANCE was created to offer
fine rental properties to a discerning worldwide clientele. Through a rigorous selection
process JUST FRANCE has developed an outstanding portfolio of exceptional properties for sale in Paris, the south of France and parts of the French countryside.
Over the years an increasing number of the company's loyal rental clients asked
ask about acquiring a property of their own in France. It became apparent that a
property sales arm was the next logical step for this growing company.
Cecil was already knowledgeable about the mechanics of buying a property in France.
He and his wife Adrienne had purchased their own home in Provence in 2001, and were
impressed with how easy - contrary to all clichés about dealing with French law
and bureaucracy - the acquisition process had been.
Cecil created JUST FRANCE Sales in 2003. Mademoiselle Coralie Saliège, a native
of Lyon and a graduate of L'École Supérieure de Commerce in Montpellier, was named
to spearhead the effort as Director of Sales. In 2005 Cecil transferred the rental
division to Annie Flogaus, the vice president of JUST FRANCE, and now devotes his
efforts full-time to JUST FRANCE Sales.
